FEES
AND ROYALTIES
(please read this before downloading submission
form)
Fees:
Materials submitted for inclusion on the Nightmare
Collection Volume 1 DVD shall be billed $10 for
processing. Material submitted for inclusion needs to
be in VHS format for consideration. If film is selected
a digital copy is required for inclusion on the
DVD (Mini DV, Digital 8mm or DVD).
The
processing fee is non refundable and submitted material
will not be returned. DO NOT SUBMIT ORIGINAL OR ONLY
COPY OF YOUR FILM.
Royalties:
Royalties will be based on money earned by Enigma Films
through the sale of the Nightmare Collection Volume
1 DVD. Royalties will be calculated as follows:
50% of any net profit will be retained by Enigma Films.
50% will be divvied between contributing filmmakers.
Exact split will be based upon length and potential
value to said DVD and will be decided upon by an officer
of Enigma Films and detailed to all parties prior to
inclusion.
Example: If Enigma Films earns a $1000 net profit,
then contributing filmmakers will be entitled to split
a royalty of $500. The above filmmaker with a 10% interest
in that royalty would receive $50. Royalties will be
paid on a quarterly basis and royalty obligations will
expire on December 31st 2005.
Any monies received after that date will be retained
by Enigma Films.
Royalties will be paid to the party signing the Submission
release, unless other terms are agreed upon between
Enigma Films and that signee. Royalties will not be
paid until the contributing filmmakers portion exceeds
$25.
Example: If the contributing filmmakers quarterly
return equals $20, there will be
no royalty paid that period. If during the next quarter
that filmmakers share
matures another $10, then a $30 royalty will be paid
in the following quarter.
